J. B. Stones Development Services provides concierge development services from concept to construction, from design to development, from groundbreaking to grand opening.

J.B. Stones is an asset to both the developer and the tenant. J.B. Stones was engaged by the developer to provide turnkey development services. Its services include conceptual site planning, due diligence, preliminary budgeting, design administration, bid administration, construction administration and project closeout.

J.B. Stones is currently working directly with the architect and civil engineer, C.L. Helt Architects and Burton Engineering Associates, to design and permit The Learning Experience, a 10,000 square-foot day care facility that will become a community asset that contributes to the core academic, fitness and healthy lifestyles, and life and comfort skills of the kids in Cary and surrounding areas. 

Crucially, J.B. Stones will handle the bidding of the project to several local contractors, and eventually perform project oversight through its completion.  The project is scheduled to start construction Spring of 2017.
