J.B. Stones is an asset to both the landlord and the tenant. J.B. Stones was engaged by the landlord and the tenant to provide turnkey services.  Its services include conceptual floor planning, due diligence, preliminary budgeting, design administration, bid administration, construction administration and project closeout.

J.B. Stones worked directly with the architect, Tedrow Design Group, to design the Workout Anytime, a 6,000 square-foot gym facility that will become a community asset that contributes to the health and wellbeing of the residents of Lake City and surrounding areas. 

Crucially, J.B. Stones will handle the bidding of the project to several local contractors, and eventually perform project oversight through its completion.  The project is scheduled to start construction February of 2017.
