J.B. Stones is an asset to both the developer and the tenant. J.B. Stones was engaged by the developer to provide turnkey development services. Its services include conceptual site planning, due diligence, preliminary budgeting, design administration, bid administration, construction administration and project closeout.

J.B. Stones working directly with the architect and civil engineer, Alleguez Architecture and DRMP to design and permit plans for the renovation of the existing local shops as well as the addition of 45,600 square foot Publix grocery store and the 15,600 square feet of retail shops.

The construction for the redevelopment is scheduled to start Summer of 2017.
