J.B. Stones worked directly with the architect, Tedrow Design Group, to design the Workout Anytime, a 7,200 square-foot gym facility that has become a community asset that contributes to the health and wellbeing of the residents of Concord and surrounding areas. 

When it comes to development, J.B. Stones does it all. The firm collaborated closely with the architect and navigated permit approvals with the City of Concord and Cabarrus County. It coordinated the tenant signage package with Pinnacle Custom signs, assisting with the design, permits and installation of the various tenant signs throughout the development.   

J.B. Stones negotiated the contract with Kodiak Constructors, the general contractor, and oversaw the construction of the project through completion, within budget and on schedule.
